Flexopack Ltd extrude polythene film in various materials and styles to suit customers specific requirements. With slit seal facilities and in line print most applications can be provided efficiently, maximising output to provide the most economical solution.
COLOURS
A COMPLETE RANGE
All materials can be supplied in any colour with full opacity or tinted to suit. With in line corona treatment stations for print treatment on both sides.
With computerised gravimetric blenders material recipes are continually dosed and self calibrated to ensure product integrity throughout the production run and ensuring the material spec is constant.
BLENDS
SPECIAL BLENDS TO SUIT ANY APPLICATION
Blends including Standard LD and Linear, Medium and High Density, Biodegradable and Compostable, VCI, Co-Ex, EVA for food freezer applications, High Slip, Anti-Static, and Microperforated. Numerous other styles tailor made to best suit your requirements all available in “Extruded Polythene Styles”.
Virgin prime polymers from approved suppliers and delivered in with certificates of conformity, these materials are used to ensure critical specs are achieved and consistency is provided from one order to the next with full batch traceability – very important with high spec requirements inc food grade applications.
All product styles can be supplied on a roll as reel sale or for in house print and conversion requirements
